Brian and Janet Parr began their business as B & J Parr, in 1974. It all began in the garage of their small bungalow in Walesby. Brian Parr alongside his wife Janet divided their time between their several jobs, and trying to start up their own business. Brian worked as a digger operator at the local power station, as well as raising a few pigs, whilst Janet worked as an egg picker at the local factory.
We are able handle waste film on reels, bales or loose, and shred them to suit the requirement – turning waste into a valuable product.
As with our compounding capacity, our granulation capacity is 15,000 T per annum, meaning we can offer a quick, and therefore cost effective service.
We have recently invested in 3 new compounding lines, offering up to 3 tonnes/ hour production capacity for PP, PE (LD and HD), ABS, HIPS and Nylon, with an annual production capacity in the region of 15,000 t.
Our size reduction process, incorporates new, modern grinding machines with a through put capacity as high as 300 kg/hour.
